Student Blog's

To aid in grading and teaching, I added the students blogs as my favorite blogs.  Using this feature allows me to know when the students have made changes or updated there blogs.

First Day of Class

In each course, the first day of class I asked the students to create a blog and see Blackboard for assignments and discussion.

Spring Semester 2010

The beginning of the spring semester is here.  This semester I've been asked to teach 3 courses:Systems Programming II, Intro to Computer Architecture, and Digital Networking.  The System Programming II course is an extension from System Programming I, which the students are taught C#.  Intro to Computer Architecture is a course geared toward the students obtaining an industry leading certification CompTIA A+.  Digital Networking, is geared toward the students getting CompTIA Network+ certified.  The objectives for the certification courses is not just to become certified but to teach the students the fundamentals of Computer Architecture and Networking.

Stages of the Software Development Lifecycle

This image is the Software Development Life cycle.   The Life cycle consist of 5 stages.  This was used to show students how to add an image and text to their blog for the System Programming II course.  The course teaches student C# programming.
